I was very fortunate to find Jelena Christiansen on line when I began my search for a home in Naples, Florida. Jelena listened to all my wants and desires and while I was still in RI, she was able to show me homes via zoom. After 5 or 6 home showings, she found me the perfect home and helped me every step of the way, guiding me to ensure I got the home without a bidding war. Jelena had to deal with a very unprofessional realtor at the walk through and went above and beyond to ensure that everything I expected to be in the home was!

The closing went off with only one minor glitch that Jelena attended to and when I came down to Florida 3 weeks later I moved into my home.

After a few months of condo living I decided that I needed a home. I called Jelena and in 2 weeks we found my perfect forever home. Again, Jelena went above and beyond making sure the purchase and sale was perfect and I got my dream home. Four hours later, YES, FOUR hours later we had a full price offer for my condo, which had NOT even made it to MLS.

I have given Jelena’s name to several of my friends who are/were interested in purchasing homes. Everyone has commented on her professionalism, devotion to her job and dedication to work at all hours of the day and night.
